Typically, our application approval process takes around 2-3 business days. However, this timeline may vary depending on factors such as the completeness of your application, the speed of background and credit checks, and the volume of applications we're processing at the time. In addition to online payments through our secure resident portal, another alternate payment option is the WIPs walk-in payment system. This system provides a convenient way to pay your rent in person at designated locations.

Renters insurance is not required at this time but strongly recommended. It provides valuable protection for your personal belongings and liability coverage, offering peace of mind in the event of unforeseen incidents.

Our basketball court is available for use daily from 7 am to 10 pm. So, whether you're an early riser looking for a morning game or prefer shooting hoops under the stars, our court is ready for your enjoyment within these hours.

Yes, we are proud to be a pet-friendly community. We welcome both cats and dogs with open arms. However, we may have certain pet policies and breed restrictions in place, so it's best to reach out to our management team for specific guidelines.

Your new abode will come equipped with essential appliances to make your daily life more convenient. These include a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and Certain floorplans even include a microwave! and that's not all; in-unit laundry connections are always included!

While we primarily offer unfurnished homes, we understand that some residents may prefer the convenience of a furnished unit. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not offer furnished units. However, if this is something you're interested in, please let us know, and we can explore options or provide recommendations for furniture rental services in the area.

Maintenance

Before you move into your new home, we want to make sure it feels just right for you. Our dedicated team takes care of every detail, from giving it a thorough cleaning to checking all the nooks and crannies for any needed touch-ups or repairs. We'll even do a walkthrough to ensure everything is perfect for your arrival.

While it's preferred for residents to be present during maintenance visits, we understand that it's not always possible; if you can't be present, you can arrange for access by providing us with your consent to enter your home in your absence. Rest assured, our technicians are trustworthy and professional, and we'll ensure the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Absolutely! We have a fantastic team of maintenance staff right here on-site, ready to tackle any issues that may arise in your home. Whether it's a leaky faucet, a flickering light, or anything else, our friendly and skilled technicians are here to help keep your home in tip-top shape.

If you encounter any maintenance issues or need repairs within your unit, simply contact our management office or submit a maintenance request through our online portal. Our responsive maintenance team will promptly address your concerns and schedule a convenient time to resolve the issue.

If you find yourself locked out of your home during office hours, you can visit our management office to obtain a spare key. Outside of office hours, you can contact our emergency maintenance line for assistance. Please note that there may be a nominal fee associated with lockout services outside of regular office hours.

While the nearest bus stop may not be right next door, public transportation is still accessible from Country Oaks. Although you might need to take a short bike ride or a bit of a walk to reach the nearest bus stop or transit route, it's still within reach. Whether commuting to work, school or exploring the city, you'll find that accessing public transportation is feasible and offers convenience for all residents.

Country Oaks Manufactured Home Community falls within the Northside Independent School District (NISD). This district offers a diverse range of educational opportunities for students of all ages. Notably, Legacy Traditional School, catering to students from Kindergarten to 8th grade, is conveniently located within walking distance from the community. Additionally, families will find the local NISD high school and middle school nearby, ensuring easy access to education within walking distance. While the local elementary school is just a short drive away, offering further convenience for families within the community.

  • From downtown San Antonio, take I-10 West to Loop 1604 West. Exit onto Culebra Road (FM 471), turn left, and continue for 5 miles. Turn left onto Talley Rd.
  • From the outskirts, take Loop 1604 East to the Culebra Road (FM 471) exit, turn right, and continue for 5 miles. Turn left onto Talley Rd.
